As an Account Executive for Foundation AI, you will play a crucial role in the success of our platform by actively engaging and building relationships with litigation law firms in Texas. This full-time remote position requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in sales and business development, specifically within the realm of personal injury litigation law firms.
Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with law firm customers to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities.
Sales Process Management: Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and initial contact to negotiation and closure, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for clients.
Platform Expansion: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand the usage of Foundation AI within law firms, demonstrating the value and benefits of the platform.
Revenue and Growth Targets: Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of Foundation AI.
Customer Education: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of the platform to potential clients, providing demonstrations and presentations as needed.
Alerts and Automation: Collaborate with clients to ensure seamless integration of Foundation AI into their workflow, optimizing document management and data entry processes.
Sales and Business Development Proficiency: Demonstrated experience in sales with a strong understanding of business development strategies.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey the value proposition of Foundation AI to potential clients.
Sales Track Record: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar role.
Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with law firm customers.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Familiarity with Personal Injury Litigation: In-depth knowledge of personal injury litigation processes and familiarity with legal case management systems.
Minimum 2 years of experience selling to personal injury litigation law firms.
